Me in my MN Twins baseball beanie
Owned and operated by "SHE" who is Me... Ms. Senrick. My first love and passion is BASEBALL! I'm a proud Auntie to two nephews who are also baseball lovers. I have a lot of passions and am a "Jack of all trades." I went to school for architecture and worked as a mechanical design engineer for over a decade. Then, transitioned into the hospitality industry where I served, bartended, managed clubs, consulted for event venues, and managed a catering company. After 20 years of wedding planning and owning my own company, I retired in 2025. Now, I'm moving onto a world of full-time sewing, quilting, & building.
I grew up in a log house and started sewing on my Mom's "1952 Singer Sewing Machine, Model 206" as a little girl. It was the first model with a "zig zag" stitch and it weighed a ton. This was back in the day when people made their own costumes for Halloween, schools plays, etc. My talent and experience have grown over the years and now I have an entire quilt shop. With my experience in architecture & mechanical engineering - designing and writing quilt patterns and quilt blocks is my latest adventure. Having grown up in a log house (and having a log cabin), some of my favorite quilt blocks are variations of the classic "Log cabin" quilt block.
Having a Dad who was handy, I've had a hammer in my hands since I was 3 years old. From small wood working projects, to large custom built structures for wedding clients, there's not too much I can't build.
